The best way to make you better is to leave your comfort zone!
The first thing you have to know is their culture when you are going to other places by yourself where you are not familiar with. For example, you must queue and never cut the line；drive cars on the left side, etc. What’s more, you have to adjust different teaching methods.
During this year in the UK, I learned that team work plays an important role in their culture. Students are required to work as a team in most projects, and during the process you have to know how to communicate with your team members in order to make the best of it.
Additionally, time management is considered to be equally crucial. At USIC they have relatively less classes than those of high school. However, we were given plenty of essays and projects at the same time. Consequently, it is necessary to prioritize them all, use time wisely, and follow the schedule step by step. Keep in mind not to start off the assessments when the deadlines are on the corner. The last thing is to enjoy your life abroad！
